Hotel Reservation Policies
All hotel reservations require a one-night, non-refundable room deposit. This will be charged by the hotel at confirmation which takes 7-10 business days from the request date.
In order to reserve a room within the Nareit negotiated group block, you must be registered for the forum. If a hotel room is reserved, but the guest is not registered for the Forum, the hotel reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
This deposit does not guarantee your room if you do not check in on your confirmed arrival date. Any reservations that are not checked into on their confirmed arrival date will be automatically cancelled and will only be reinstated based on the current availability.

Cancellation of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) without penalty requires notice 72 hours prior to arrival and changes must be emailed to info@sreconference.com.
